Interactive empathy kiosk available

In conjunction with Friendlyway, purpleview has developed an interactive consultation terminal that is available as a free-standing unit, as a table-top unit or wall-mounted unit.

In this way empathy video consultants can support users anywhere one of these units has been installed.

Thus, consultation may take place alongside the ATM outside bank opening times, or addition, virtually-manned branches can be enabled. The use of telephone receivers enables the necessary confidentiality of the conversation.

A table-top unit in a consultation room enables the appropriate consultant to join the conversation at any time with a simple touch of a finger. In this case, the integrated hands-free option is used.

Since the empathy Suite is an overall integrated system, the same consultants can be made available on the internet as well as at the interactive kiosk.
