empathy Recording module available

When using this new module, the history of the entire consultation conversation, including images, sound and text chat, can be recorded along with all shared media and shared desktop content. The recording process can be started/stopped by the consultant. The ability to record may be made dependant on the prior agreement of the website visitor. For users of the empathy Cloud, data may also be saved to the adviser’s in-house computer. This thus covers all data protection aspects.
