Manager Technical Support (m/f/d)

In this position you are responsible for the organisation of all processes in the department as well as for individual support cases. Our support does not receive standard requests. The number of requests is small, but each case is different and usually requires extensive analysis in a technically demanding environment. You should offer:
  • Organizational talent
  • Tact and professionalism in dealing with our customers and partners
  • Ability to analyse even complex, technical contexts
  • No fear of contact with both LINUX and Windows systems - even at shell leve
  • No fear of contact with PostgreSQL, MS SQL and Oracle - DBs
  • Understanding of network infrastructures
  • As an ideal candidate, you already have experience in the listed areas. However, it is also possible to acquire any missing know-how in individual subject areas at a later date.
