comdirect offers a video identification procedure for iOS

Almost half a year after the introduction of video identification procedures via empathy at comdirect, the direct bank now offers this service to their clients on mobile devices. The iOS-App is already available in the Apple App store and a corresponding Android App will be available shortly.

Alongside the execution of online legitimation procedures, comdirect advisers are now also available via smartphone video chat to answer client’s banking questions.
